我国“村系列”体育赛事共同体的理论构建、运行机制与实践策略基于R县的实证考察

    Theoretical Construction, Operational Mechanism and Practical Strategies of the “Village Series” Sports Event Ecosystem in ChinaAn Empirical Study of County R

    • 摘要: 运用田野调查的研究方法,以行动者网络理论为依据,基于R县的实践样本搭建“问题呈现−利益赋予−征召动员”的理论分析框架,复现R县体育赛事共同体的建构过程及运行机制,并提出实践策略。研究认为,“村系列”体育赛事共同体是在核心行动者主导下围绕打造“赛事+”模式的共同目标,通过矛盾凸显、重构网络、激活活力等方式促进各异质行动者共力参与、异质协商而形成的稳定利益联盟。为维系赛事共同体稳定运行,R县缔造“四联动”“四模式”“四服务”的运行机制,形成从简约自治到科层共治的组织协同机制、从临时动员到梯队建设的人才保障机制、从短期管控到前置防控的风险防控机制。据此提出实践策略:搭建乡土文化传播平台,强化多元主体协同参与;构建文化协同共享机制,打造乡土体育赛事品牌;构建赛事动态服务框架,促进赛事内生秩序发展。

       

      Abstract: Grounded in actor-network theory and employing fieldwork research methods, this study develops a theoretical framework of “problem presentation–interest assignment–recruitment and mobilization” through an empirical examination of County R, analyzing the formation and operational mechanisms of its sports event ecosystem while proposing practical strategies. The findings indicate that the “village series” sports event ecosystem constitutes a stable alliance of interests, led by core actors united around the shared objective of creating an “event +” model. By highlighting contradictions, restructuring networks, and stimulating engagement, it facilitates collaborative participation and negotiation among diverse actors. To sustain the ecosystem, County R has implemented operational mechanisms characterized by “four linkages”, “four models”, “four services”, evolving from simplified autonomy to hierarchical co-governance in organizational coordination, from ad hoc mobilization to a talent development pipeline, and from short-term control to proactive risk prevention. Accordingly, practical strategies are proposed, including establishing a platform for local cultural dissemination, enhancing multi-stakeholder collaboration, creating a cultural synergy and sharing mechanism, building a distinctive rural sports event brand, developing a dynamic event service framework, and fostering endogenous order within the events.
