Abstract:
The Jiangsu Football City League or the "Suchao" model, anchored in the principle of inclusive development, has established a practical paradigm for leveraging regional sports leagues to foster urban growth. Its formation relies on several key mechanisms: a multi-stakeholder collaborative governance approach ensures inclusivity in institutional design; a people-centered focus promotes broad participation in events; an all-media communication strategy enhances cultural outreach; and cross-sector integration supports inclusive economic benefits. Suchao offers significant insights for regional sporting events. At the competitive level, it lays the foundation for inclusive participation through institutional innovation. Organizationally, it achieves dynamic adaptation to diverse needs through governance flexibility. In the realm of communication and empowerment, it fosters a meaning field for inclusive identity via cultural co-creation. Finally, regarding value extension, it generates sustained spillover of inclusive benefits through value addition.
