Abstract:
In the era of intelligence, the integration of smart technologies with teaching drives instructional transformations. However, its technical rationality clashes with educational philosophies, leading to technological and life alienation in physical education. This manifests as the dilution of life's qualities, loss of meaning, spatial conflicts, and emotional withdrawal. Traditional approaches cannot fully respond. Therefore, physical education must leverage technology to anchor students' life development, re-examine its foundational purpose, and pursue life's essence, meaning, freedom, and interaction. This enables a deep integration of technological empowerment and life-nurturing education, revealing the unique warmth and vitality of physical education.
