    短时中等强度有氧运动改善儿童执行功能的磁共振成像研究

    The FMRI Study of Acute Moderate Exercise on Children’s Executive Function

    • 摘要: 目的:探讨短时中等强度有氧运动对儿童执行功能脑激活模式的影响,从脑系统的角度揭示短时中等强度有氧运动影响儿童执行功能的脑机制。方法:选择10岁儿童为研究对象,使用Flanker任务评价执行功能,综合利用体育测量技术、心理测量技术和功能磁共振成像技术检测一次30min的短时中等强度有氧运动前、后儿童执行功能及其脑激活模式的特征性变化。结果:1)短时中等强度有氧运动对儿童执行功能产生积极的改善效应;2)短时中等强度有氧运动能使儿童执行功能脑激活模式发生变化,具体表现为儿童执行功能脑激活模式中的双侧额上回、双侧额中回、双侧顶上小叶和左侧顶下小叶激活程度增加,左侧前扣带回激活减弱。结论:一次30min的短时中等强度有氧运动能改善儿童的执行功能,其脑机制是短时中等强度有氧运动诱发儿童执行功能脑激活模式的变化。

       

      Abstract: Objective:To investigate the effect of acute moderate exercise on brain activation pattern of children's executive function(EF),and further explore the brain mechanism of acute moderate exercise on children's EF.Methods:Before and after a single 30-min acute moderate aerobic exercise,nine right handed healthy volunteers aged at 10 were scanned with a Siemens MAGNETOM Trio 3.0 Tesla magnetic resonance imaging scanner during performing the Flanker task.Results: 1) The beneficial effect of acute moderate exercise on children's EF was significant.2) The effects of acute moderate exercise on brain activation pattern of children's EF were significant.The findings were as followings:acute moderate exercise increased the level of activity in dorsolateral prefrontal cortex(middle frontal gyrus and superior frontal gyrus),and parietal lobule(superior parietal lobules and inferior parietal lobules),meanwhile,significantly reduced the level of activity in the anterior cingulate cortex.Conclusion:The beneficial effect of a single 30-min acute moderate exercise on children's EF was significant,moreover,brain mechanisms of the improved Flanker performance is was the change of children's brain activation pattern elicited by it.
