Abstract: This Article used Case analysis,Literature research,Comparative Analysis and logic analysis,discuss whether “competitive balance” as a argument to Athletes restriction is legitimacy.The important conclusion is that the Athletes Restriction system has no impact on distribution of athletes,and Athletes Restriction system have no benefits to “competitive balance”.Taking all these factors into consideration,we can safely come to conclusion that the “competitive balance” argument is seriously flawed.
