Abstract: According to 189 doctoral dissertations published in 1999—2011 and reference national standard,this article analyzes the doctoral dissertation's problems and finds out the countermeasures by statistic data.The result shows that the problems about the theory selection of doctoral dissertation don't pay much attention to the theory and lack of principles to use different discipline theory.The problems of theory using are not to differentiate discipline;lack of the standard to quote the theory;overlook the theoretical hypothesis and definition of concepts;lack of the theoretical framework.The problems of theory summary are lack of theory return and distillation.In order to solve these problems,we must insist on effective;normative;systematic and simplicity principles and to build up theoretical framework from clarify theory title and discipline;theoretical hypothesis;concept and thesis;rationality and insufficient of the theory.
