Abstract: The efficiency is an important indicator of the competitiveness of enterprises,which reflects the market's direction.This study Carries out an investigation on 17 sports listed company efficiency between 2007 and 2011,using of the three-stage DEA model,distinguishes the various factors on management efficiency,environmental factors and random error.It found:staff salaries,firm size,intangible assets,corporate life,the market share as the external environmental factors have an important impact on the efficiency of listed companies,Excluding environmental factors and random factors,regardless of technical efficiency and scale efficiency,there is large room for improvement;efficiency exists some differences between the sports listed companies at home and abroad,the efficiency of foreign enterprises is relatively stable.
