Abstract: Objective:Taking 6-month Self-Control Exercise as intervention,to study the change of erythrocyte CD35 and CD58 expression in malignant tumor patients during rehabilitation.Methods:40 new malignant tumor patients(male:17,female:23) were recruited from Shanghai Cancer Club.The average cancer age was 1.50±0.77 years old,and the types of tumors are breast cancer,digestive cancer,and others(ovarian cancer,lung cancer.) After surgery with radiotherapy and/or chemotherapy treatment,all the patients performed6-month physical training program of Self-Control Exercise with about 2 hours per day and 5 days per week.The main outcomes of CD35 and CD58 were examined at 0,3rd and 6th month,respectively by flow cytometry.Results:1)Effect of 6-month Self-Control Exercise on erythrocyte CD35 and CD58 in malignant tumors patients:①CD35 increased significantly at the 3rd and 6th month respectively(P<0.01 P<0.01),②Erythrocyte CD58 decreased significantly at the 3rd month(P<0.01),however,it recovered tothe level of before experiment at the 6th month(P>0.05).2)Comparison between erythrocyte CD35 and CD58 in different stage of experiment:①At the 0th month,Erythrocyte CD35 in breast tumor patients was higher than digest tumors or the other ones(P<0.01,P<0.01) respectively;②however,at the 3rd and 6th month CD35 showed no significant difference between different type of tumors(P>0.05).3) Analysis of relationship between erythrocyte CD35 and CD58 in different stage of experiment:Erythrocyte CD35 was associated with CD58 positively at the 6th month(r=0.400,P<0.05),which could not be found either at 0th or the 3th month.Conclusion:1)6-month Self-Control Exercise could improve expression of erythrocyte CD35 in malignant tumor patients after surgery,however,erythrocyte CD58 had no significant change.2)Erythrocyte CD35 varies in different type of malignant tumor patients,Self-Control Exercise could improve it.3)Self-Control Exercise could help to improve the relationship between erythrocyte CD35 and CD58.
