Abstract: The construction of public sports service system is a project for the benefit of sports culture and citizen physical health.Because the development of sports in China is slow,the government is facing many obstacles in the construction of sports public service system.This paper mainly discusses three dilemmas and solutions:firstly,the lack of related laws in the construction of sports public service system;secondly,traditional administrative management for the public management brings about drawbacks in sports field;thirdly,differences of city and rural sports public service and regional differences make it difficult to realize the idea of the equality and fairness.Based on it,corresponding countermeasures are put forwarded.
