Abstract: Under the social development concept of remodeling fairness and justice,the promotion of equal public sport services has become the strategic objectives for the governance of sports in the future.According to the resources investing scale,the efficiency of government supply,the justice degree of service,this paper explained the internal mechanism of the equal sports public service,put forwarded a "three-factor theory model" in the equal sports public service in China.Based on designing the corresponding index system,this theoretical model is demonstrated.From the perspective of a combination of logical deduction and practical analysis,this research dived deep into the cause of unequal public sport service supply in our country,and proposed a development path for equal public sport services:1) to consolidate the foundation-to improve the public finances supply system;2) to comprehensively cover-ensure the sports rights of vulnerable groups,sports;3) to solve problems-narrow the service gap between urban and rural areas.
