    基于腰部加速度计的行走能耗建模实验研究

    The Experimental Research on Modeling of Walking Energy Expenditure Based on the Waist Accelerometer

    • 摘要: 目的:建立腰部加速度及其衍生变量推估人体运动的能耗以及速度模型,同时考察使用单轴加速度计时,前、后方向还是垂直方向敏感轴能更好地推估能耗,不同的加速度数据处理方法可能对估算能耗的精度产生的影响。方法:受试者为男性大学生志愿者8名,采集在跑台上行走时的能耗数据以及腰部的加速度计数据。结果:运动的净能耗与两轴的去趋势(Detrended)后的加速度积分和具有较高的线性相关关系(R2=0.92,F=731.14),运动的净能耗与去趋势后垂直方向的加速度的均方根具有较高的线性相关关系(R2=0.92,F=700.71);去趋势后的垂直方向及前、后方向的加速度积分值分别与运动的净能耗有较高的线性相关(R2=0.91,F=632.88;R2=0.81,F=261.08);没有去趋势的加速度均方根以及积分值与运动净能耗的复相关系数都较低。结论:去趋势后的加速度均方根以及积分值与运动的净能耗、速度具有较高程度的线性相关;推估人体行走的能耗以及步速时,垂直方向的敏感轴优于前、后方向的敏感轴。

       

      Abstract: Objective:To establish the models of the waist acceleration and its derivative variables to estimate the net energy expenditure as well as the speed of human movement,this study is to investigate whether antero-posterior or vertical axis is more sensitive to estimate energy expenditure,whether different acceleration data processing methods impacted accuracy of estimating the energy expenditure.Methods:Eight male college student volunteers were studied.Energy expenditure and accelerometer parameters were collected during treadmill walking.Results:The sum of two axes detrended acceleration integral value in the walking and net energy expenditure had a high linear relationship(R2=0.92,F=731.14),there was a high linear relationship between the RMS(Root-Mean-Square) of the detrended vertical acceleration and net energy expenditure too(R2=0.92,F=700.71),but the former was higher.Net energy expenditure of the integral value had a high linear correlation with the detrended vertical and antero-posterior of the acceleration integral value respectively(R2=0.91,F=632.88;R2=0.81,F=261.08);The multiple correlation coefficient between the RMS of the acceleration as well as integral values and walking net energy expenditure was low without detrended data processing.Conclusions:The value of detrended acceleration integral as well as RMS of detrended acceleration and walking net energy expenditure as well walking speed has a high linear relationship;Vertical sensitive axis is better than antero-posterior sensitive axis when estimating energy expenditure and the walking speed.
