    • 摘要: 田径是一个历史悠久的竞技运动项目,是最早开始科学化训练的运动项目之一,也是诸多现代竞技训练经典理论与方法的主要发源项目。训练实践的探索和科学理论的基础性研究是田径经典训练理论形成和发展的主要途径。法特莱克训练、间歇训练、反应力量训练和“板块”周期训练模式是田径训练过程中形成的经典训练方法和理论,它们目前已发展成对诸多运动项目具有重要作用的一般训练方法和理论。

       

      Abstract: Athletics is a long history competitive sport,is one of the earliest scientific training sports and also is many other classic theories and methods of modern sports training mainly originated project.Exploration of training practice and basic research of scientific theory is main pathway of athletics classic theory formation and development.Fartlek training,interval training,reactive force training and block periodization training mode is classical training methods and theories formed in the athletics training process,and they has developed into the general training methods and theories which has an important role in many sports.
