    表象训练对技能学习绩效影响的元分析

    Effects of Imagery Training on MotorLearning Performance:A Meta-analysis

    • 摘要: 运用元分析方法研究国内、外有关表象训练对运动技能学习与操作绩效影响并进行定量化综述。通过相关文献检索,纳入文献32篇,被试总人数为1 724名。元分析的结果表明:1)表象训练对运动技能学习和操作绩效影响作用比较大,平均效果量为1.00,置信区间为(0.79,1.22),属于大效应;2)发表偏倚和敏感性分析表明元分析的结果很稳定,不存在偏倚现象;3)高低效果量研究的比较分析显示,在进行表象训练时必须予以严格的实验控制。最后,对研究结果进行了讨论并对表象训练未来研究与应用方向提出建议。

       

      Abstract: The effects of imagery training on motor skill learning and operation performance were examined with meta-analysis method.Through related literature retrieval,thirty-two results coming from 1 724 samples were collected.The results of meta-analysis showed that 1) The effects of imagery training on sports skill learning and operation performance was larger,the average effect size was 1.00,and the confidence interval was 0.79 to 1.22,which belonged to large effect;2) Publication bias and sensitivity analysis showed that the result of meta-analysis was stable and there was no bias phenomenon;3) The comparative analysis of the research of the effect size of high and low showed that when we used the imagery training,we must have a strict experimental control.Finally,results of this study were discussed,and future research and practice perspectives were suggested.
