公共体育场(馆)行为运营管理系统的建模与仿真方法研究

    Research on Modeling and Simulation Method of the Public Stadiums Behavior Operation Management System

    • 摘要: 从系统科学的角度, 在“有限理性人”行为决策的层面上, 通过对公共体育场 (馆) 行为运营管理系统的研究发现:公共体育场 (馆) 行为运营管理系统的构成要素包括供应主体、集成主体、销售主体、保障主体、消费主体。这5类行为主体通过服务资源的采购决策、集成决策、销售决策和服务过程的保障决策这4种行为决策的相互作用来构建动态的公共体育场 (馆) 行为运营管理系统。运用复杂适应系统理论及基于主体的建模方法, 研究了公共体育场 (馆) 行为运营管理系统仿真模型的结构及理论框架, 进一步给出实现该系统仿真模型的建模步骤。通过实例说明公共体育场 (馆) 行为运营管理系统仿真模型的构建路径。

       

      Abstract: This paper explores public stadiums behavior operation and management from a new research perspective, in the view of system science, based on the behavior decision level of"rational man".The result shows that the elements of public stadium behavior operation management system include the supply agent, integration agent, sales agent, support agent, consumer agent.These five kinds of behavior agents build the behavior operation and management dynamic system through behavior decision-making interactions among the service resource purchasing decisions, service resources integration decision, service resources marketing decisions, service process support decisions.Accordingly, in this paper, by using the complex adaptive system theory and modeling method based on agent, the structure and theoretical framework of public stadium behavior operation management system simulation model were put forward.Further, the steps for implementation system simulation modeling were given.Finally, through an example, the path for building public stadium behavior operation management system simulation model was demonstrated.
