    Reexamining on Several Issues of Aerobic and Anaerobic in Endurance Training

    • 摘要: 有氧和无氧能力是专项耐力的基础, 是各个运动项目耐力训练的重要内容, 也是当前耐力研究的热点问题。人们对有氧与无氧能力以及它们之间相互关系的认识, 经历了从具体方法到理论基础再到训练模式的一个发展过程。当前, 认识不同专项运动形式 (跑、游、骑、划、滑) 下不同肌肉用力模式对相同运动时间 (距离) 能量代谢的影响, 是决定训练负荷和方法能否相互借鉴的主要依据;厘清能量供应与运动时间、强度之间的动态变化关系, 是多维度认识项目供能特征的关键因素;把握有氧与无氧供能50%比例的演变, 是提高专项耐力训练科学化水平的重要生物学基础。

       

      Abstract: Aerobic and anaerobic capacity is the basis of specific endurance.It is the important content of endurance training in all sports and also a hot issue in current endurance research. The comprehension of people about aerobic and anaerobic as well as the relationship between them is a process still developing, from specific type to theoretical basis and then to the training mode.Understanding the effect to energetics in same exercise time (or distance) of muscle force modes in different movement forms (running, swimming, biking, rowing, skating) is based primarily on whether the training load and methods can learn from each other.Clarifying the dynamic variation relationship of energy supply with exercise duration and intensity is key factor of multidimensional understanding sports energy supply.Grasping the evolution of equal contribution from the aerobic and anaerobic systems is significant biological basis to improve the scientific level of endurance training.
