    我国田径教练员胜任力模型与绩效关系研究

    Research on Relationship between the Competency Model of Chinese Athletic Coach and Coach’s Performance

    • 摘要: 采用定性与定量相结合的方法对我国田径教练员的胜任力模型及其与绩效的关系进行研究。在分析田径教练员职业特征的基础上, 采用关键事件技术对12名优秀田径教练员进行访谈, 并对所获得的34个相关关键事件进行文本分析, 提取18项关键胜任特征;通过探索性因素分析建立了我国田径教练员的胜任力模型, 并进一步运用验证性因素分析对我国田径教练员的胜任力模型进行了验证;在此基础上对田径教练员胜任力与绩效关系进行实证检验, 并统计分析了不同岗位和个体特征的田径教练员胜任力的差异性。研究表明, 我国田径教练员胜任力模型由执教技能、专业知识、建立与发展关系、个人特质4个维度和18个胜任特征构成;田径教练员的胜任力与工作绩效间存在显著相关, 能对田径教练员的绩优者和普通者做出区分, 同时, 我国田径教练员在胜任力模型的不同维度上存在着一些水平差异。

       

      Abstract: In this paper, by combining quantitative and qualitative analysis, carried on the relationship between the Competency Model of Chinese Athletic Coach and Coach's Performance.18Competences extracted from 34related critical incidentd events by using the critical incidentd technique to interviewe 12elite athletic coach based on the analysis of coach's vocational features.The competency model of Chinese athletic coach was developed by means of exploratory analysis and confirmatory analysis with good reliability and validity.It empirically analyzes the correlation between the competences of coach and their performance, and distinguishes between position and individual characteristics of coaches' competency.This study shows that the model consists of four dimensions, namely the coaching skills, specialist knowledge, develop long standing relationships with athletes, personal traits, which derived from 18competences.There is a significant correlation between the competences of coach and their performance, and capable of differentiating elite coach from normal coach.There are some differences between the four dimensions of the competency model of athletic coach.
