    赛前训练对中国式摔跤女运动员心肌损伤标记物影响及茶多糖干预研究

    Effect of Pre-competition Training on Elite Female Chinese Style Wrestling Athletes’ Myocardial Injury Markers and the Intervention of Tea Polysaccharide on Their Myocardial Injury

    • 摘要: 目的:探讨中国式摔跤女运动员赛前训练的心肌损伤特点及茶多糖干预效果和机制。方法:选取20名优秀中国式摔跤女运动员随机分为安慰剂训练组和茶多糖训练组, 先进行4周大训练量运动, 经1周调整训练后再进行一次高强度专项体能训练, 整个训练期每晚睡前1h进行安慰剂和茶多糖补充, 剂量均为10mg/kg体重, 分别测试大训练量运动开始前一天清晨8点、2周大训练量运动结束后次日清晨8点、4周大训练量运动结束后次日清晨8点, 一次高强度专项体能训练前、训练后即刻、训练后4h和24h血液cTnT、CK-MB、MDA、SOD、CAT、GSH-Px、BV、PV、HRD、RCA、VR和TK。结果:4周大训练量运动和一次高强度专项体能训练后, 两组血液cTnT、CK-MB变化趋势一致:2周大训练量运动后明显升高, 4周大训练量运动后处于恢复状态;运动后即刻升高, 4h达高峰, 24h基本恢复;组间同时相比, 茶多糖训练组cTnT、CK-MB值均较低, 且血液MDA、SOD、CAT和GSH-Px及BV、PV、HRD、RCA、VR和TK有显著改善。结论:中国式摔跤女运动员4周大训练量运动过程中心肌细胞在损伤与修复的循环中逐渐产生适应, 随运动周期延长对损伤抵抗力增强;一次高强度专项体能训练后的心肌损伤多为可逆性微小损伤。茶多糖可通过增强抗氧化能力, 减轻心肌氧化应激损伤;改善血液流变性, 提高心肌血液有效灌流, 增强心肌细胞耐缺血、缺氧能力等机制降低中国式摔跤女运动员心肌损伤。

       

      Abstract: Objective:To explore the characteristic of female Chinese style wrestling athletes' myocardial injury caused by pre-competition training and the intervention of tea polysaccharide on their myocardial injury.Methods:20elite female Chinese style wrestling athletes were randomly divided into placebo training group and tea polysaccharide training group.Firstly, two groups finished 4weeks heavy load training, then they finished 1week adjusting training, finally they finished one high-strength special physical training.During the whole training, placebo and tea polysaccharide were taken at a dose of 10mg/kg body weight respectively.The cTnT, CK-MB, MDA, SOD, CAT, GSH-Px, BV, PV, HRD, RCA, VR and TK were tested respectively at different time.Results:The changing tendency of two groups' cTnT and CK-Mb in blood was the same during 4 weeks heavy load training and after one high-strength special physical training.Tea polysaccharide training group's values of cTnT and CK-MB were lower than placebo training group's at the same stage and tea polysaccharide training group's indices of MDA, SOD, CAT, GSH-Px, BV, PV, HRD, RCA, VR and TK in blood improved significantly.Conclusions:Elite female Chinese style wrestling athletes' myocardium was gradually adapted to 4weeks heavy load training in the circulation of myocardium's injury and repair and their myocardium's resistance against sports injury was enhanced.Elite female Chinese style wrestling athletes' myocardial injury caused by one high-strength special physical training was a reversible minor damage;Their myocardial injury could be reduced by means of taking tea polysaccharide:tea polysaccharide could enhance their antioxidant capacity, reduce their myocardial oxidative stress injury, improve their hemorrheology and myocardial effective blood perfusion and enhance their myocardial cell's tolerance for ischemia and hypoxia.
