    Energy Contribution in Competitive Sports—Error in Need of Correction

    • 摘要: 介绍了竞技体育运动专项供能的3种计算方法, 并通过综述运用这3种计算方法得到的156个 (来自39篇文献) 有氧供能百分比数据, 得到了有氧供能百分比与高强度运动时间之间的关系公式y=22.404*Ln (x) +45.176, R2=0.9334, y为有氧供能百分比 (%) , x为高强度运动的持续时间 (min) 。最后, 根据所得到的公式, 给出了不同竞技体育项目的新的专项供能比例。

       

      Abstract: In the current study, we introduced three methods of energy calculation.By summarizing the findings of 39investigations (156data) , which utilized the three introduced methods, on relative aerobic energy contribution, a correlation function was found between the relative aerobic energy contribution and the duration of high-intensity exercisesy=22.404*Ln (x) +45.176, R2=0.9334, where y is relative aerobic energy contribution in%, and x is the duration of high-intensity exercises in minute.Afterwards, a new description of relative aerobic energy contribution was provided for a variety of sports according to this function.
