远红外陶瓷微珠干预对主动、被动肌力及PAR、AAR和TDPM指标效果的量化评价

    Quantitative Evaluation on Active Muscle,Passive Muscle Strength and PAR,AAR,TDPM Muscle Indicators by Far Infrared Ceramic Intervention

    • 摘要: 目的:以远红外陶瓷微珠为干预手段, 探讨对肌肉损伤后主动、被动肌力以及PAR、AAR和TDPM指标效果的影响, 验证远红外陶瓷微珠对肌肉损伤的治疗作用及效果评价。方法:将经过严格筛选符合实验条件的损伤运动员24人随机分A组、B组、C组3组, 每组8人, A组进行按摩治疗;B组进行普通远红外治疗仪治疗;C组进行远红外陶瓷微珠治疗, 连续干预2周, 采集治疗前与治疗后第3、7、14天的数据进行组内、组间比较。结果表明:1) 陶瓷微珠试验组治疗3、7天后, 各项指标与A、B对照组相比有显著性差异 (P<0.05) ;2) 治疗14天后, 陶瓷微珠试验C组各项指标与A、B组相比有非常显著性差异 (P<0.01) 。结论:远红外陶瓷微珠干预后, PAR、AAR和TDPM及主动、被动肌力指标显著改善, 从而验证远红外陶瓷微珠能够促进股后肌群的康复。

       

      Abstract: Objective:To verify the therapeutic and evaluation effectiveness of muscle injury by far infrared ceramic intervention after muscle injury PAR, AAR and TDPM and Active, passive muscle impact strength indicators.Methods:Injury athletes who passing by strict screening in conformity with the experimental conditions for damage were randomly divided 24 A, B, C groups of 8people, group A of massage therapy, group B in ordinary infrared therapeutic treatment, group C in the far-infrared ceramic, intervention two weeks continuous, collecting the1 st, 3rd, 7th and 14 th days after the data, and contrast between groups, within groups.Result:1) Compared with the control group A, B, there was a significant difference in the intervention group compared with the same group after 3, 7days (P<0.05) ;2) After 14 days treatment, group C compared with group A, B, there was very significant difference (P <0.01) .Conclusion:There was significantly improved performance indicators to verify the farinfrared ceramic, and it can promote muscle recovery after shares with which PAR, AAR and TDPM and active, passive muscle strength.
