Abstract: In order to improve public sports service quality based on transfer of agricultural population in the process of urbanization,taking public sports service equalization for promoting the urbanization of agriculture population transfer,using the method of literature review,questionnaire and mathematical statistics,this paper analyzes the urbanization issues related to agriculutral population transfer,and makses analysis on their participating in lesiure sports.The result shows that leisure sports is one of the factors promoting the transfer of agricultural population into the city,and improving their more active participation.Leisure sports reflect the civilization of agricultural population transfer.The survey data from Shandong province shows that the way of leisure for agricultural population transfer is not reasonable enough,the frequency of participating in lesirue sports is low,majority of them does not take part in any sports organization or recieves sports guiding.It suggested that the relevant government departments should strengthen organization and leadership,further improve the public sports service system,set up special policy,efforts to achieve the public sports service equalization,strengthen publicity and education,cultivate the agricultural population transfer of leisure sports consciousness,strengthen the service of agricultural population transfer,specific measures such as:construction of national fitness special hiking trails,to citizens for fitness discount card and fitness passport,actively guide the transfer of agricultural population to join the trade union organizations at the grass-roots level,to encourage the agricultural population transfer to join the community public sports organization,the establishment of national fitness network information platform.
