惯性杠铃训练对腰腹部肌肉形态特征的影响

    Impact on the Lumbar Muscles Morphological Characteristics by Inertia Barbell Training

    • 摘要: 目的:应用高场强的MRI分析惯性杠铃训练后腰腹肌肌肉横截面CSA及体积V(volume,V)是否有较大的增长变化及发生这种变化的机理。方法:招募某学院健康男性本科生共计30名,受试者随机分为惯性杠铃训练组(实验组)和常规杠铃训练组(对照组);进行1h/次,3次/周,共计8周的腰腹部屈伸运动肌肉力量训练。实验前后分别要求被试仰卧位于磁共振中,采用3.0T超导型磁共振成像系统(西门子Magnetom Trio,Tim System,MRI)进行腰椎扫描。应用ImageJ软件处理肌肉横断面积CSA(cross-sectional area,CSA),应用多次测试肌肉CSA平均值计算肌肉体积V。信度的检验应用ICC(intra(inter)-class correlation coefficient)指标;组内应用配对样本t检验,组间应用两独立样本t检验。结果:两人分别独立完成测试数据之间的信度(ICC),观察到同一人(B)测试的信度均值(intra-class correlation coeficient-ICC)为0.99,95%置信区间(Confidence interval,CI)(0.99,1),P=0.000;不同测试人员(A和B)(Inter-class correlation coeficient)ICC均值为0.99(95%CI)(0.99,1),P=0.000。实验组和对照组组间前后测试组内第四腰椎CSA值无显著性差异(前测P=0.27,后测P=0.19);实验组、对照组第四腰椎CSA前后测试数据具有非常显著性差异(P=0.000);实验后实验组、对照组△CSA%、△V%均具有非常显著性的差异(P=0.000)。结论:作为一种新型训练器械,惯性杠铃对腰腹肌训练具有一定的优势,为躯干肌肉训练和康复提供了新的可选方法之一。

       

      Abstract: Objective:To quantify the high field strength MRI inertia barbell training on lumbar muscle cross-sectional(CSA)and volume(V)whether the changes of the lumbar muscles have a larger growth and to explore the mechanism of this change.Methods:A total of 30 healthy male college students were recruited,subjects were randomly divided into two groups:the experimental group-inertia barbell training group and the control group-regular barbell training group;1hour/time,3times/week,a total of eight weeks of the lumbar flexion and extension muscle strength training.Respectively before and after the experiment were asked to sit at MRI,the use of 3.0T superconducting magnetic resonance imaging system(Siemens Magnetom Trio,Tim System,MRI)scan lumbar.ImageJ software application manual processing muscle cross-sectional area of the CSA(cross-sectional area,CSA),applied several tests of muscle CSA averaging muscle volume V(Volume,V).Cronbach's test application ICC(intra(inter)-class correlation coefficient)indicators;Paired samples T-test was applied within group and independent samples T-test was applied between different groups.Results:We got independently reliability(ICC)of the test data of the same or different testers,observed the same person(B)reliability tests mean(intra-class correlation coefficient-ICC)was 0.99,95% confidence interval(Confidence interval,CI)(0.99,1),P=0.000;different testers(A and B)(Inter-class correlation coeficient)ICC mean was 0.99(95% CI)(0.99,1),P=0.000.There was no significant difference in value of fourth lumbar CSA between experimental and control groups before and after the test(pre-test P=0.27,post-test P=0.19);The fourth lumbar CSA data of with in the experimental group and control group has a very significant difference before and after the test(P=0.000);The △ CSA%,△ V% of lumbar muscles between the experiment group and control group have a very significant difference(P =0.000).Conclusion:As one of new training equipment,inertial barbell lumbar has certain advantages for the training and rehabilitation of trunk muscles and provide one of the new alternative methods for trunk muscles training and rehabilitation.
