稳定与多级非稳定条件下徒手与负重深蹲的肌电特征研究及其对当前力量训练的启示
Study of EMG Characteristics during a Deep Squat under Stable and Multi-level Unstable Conditions with Bodyweight and External Loads and Its Enlightenment on the Current Strength Training

摘要: 运用生物力学和运动训练学的方法,研究在稳定与多级非稳定条件下徒手和30%最大力量(30%RM)负重深蹲时,躯干与下肢肌肉的募集及其相关关系的变化。选择14名自愿参与本实验的大学生男子足球专业运动员为研究对象,对8块位于躯干和下肢的深蹲主要肌肉进行了肌电测试。研究结果表明,与稳定条件相比,在非稳定条件下徒手深蹲时所有肌肉的RMS值无显著性变化(P>0.05),在不同级别(A、B和C)非稳定条件下徒手或30%RM负重深蹲时肌肉的RMS值亦无显著性变化(P>0.05),但与徒手相比,在30%RM负重条件下深蹲时大部分肌肉(7块)的RMS值出现显著增长(P<0.05),表明负重因素对于肌肉发力的影响明显大于非稳定因素;在非稳定条件下,30%RM负重时能够显著提高大部分参与运动肌肉的力量(P<0.05),而根据以往的研究,肌肉最大力量在不稳定条件下则出现较大幅度的下降,因此,在训练中应注意区别“非稳定”与“负重”这两种不同的刺激条件,不能将“非稳定”条件简单地视为单向的提高或降低肌肉力量的训练手段;随着不稳定程度提高,位于髋关节附近的臀大肌RMS出现较大幅度的提高,而踝关节附近的胫骨前肌RMS则出现下降,该结果在一定程度上表现出维持人体平衡的“踝策略”和“髋策略”。Abstract: Based on biomechanics and sports training theory,the recruitment of trunk and lower limb muscles and its relationship were investigated while squatting under stable and multi-level unstable conditions with bodyweight and 30% Repetition Maximum(RM),in order to provide scientific basis for core strength training and functional strength training.Fourteen soccer professional male players volunteered to participate in the study,EMG of eight muscles of trunk and lower limb were tested during squatting.The results indicated that,all the RMS value of the muscles did not change significantly while squatting with body weight under stable and unstable conditions(P>0.05),and all the RMS value of the muscles did not change significantly while squatting with body weight or 30% RM under the conditions of different unstable levels(A,B and C)(P>0.05).But the RMS value of most muscles(seven of eight muscles)significantly increased when the external weight increased from body weight to 30% RM(P<0.05).It indicated that the loading factor for muscle contraction was significantly greater than the influence of unstable factors.Under unstable conditions,30% RM could significantly increase the RMS value of most muscles(P<0.05),however,according to previous studies,muscle?maximal strength showed substantial decline while squatting under unstable conditions.Therefore, " unstable" condition couldn't be simply regarded as unidirectional increase or reduction of muscle strength training methods.With the increase of unstable extent,the RMS value of gluteus maximus near the hip were dramatically increased,while the RMS value of tibialis anterior near the ankle were decline,to some extent,the result showed that the " ankle strategy" and " hip strategy" to maintain the balance of the human body.
