青少年力量训练:机制、方法与趋向

    Youth Strength Training:Mechanism,Methods and Trends

    • 摘要: 以青少年运动员力量训练的生理机制为基础,首先澄清围绕青少年运动员进行力量训练产生的一些认知误区,继而对运动员进行力量训练的效果和方法、训练实践中的热点问题及训练发展趋势进行了研究。在生理机制层面,因青少年生理发育尚未成熟,荷尔蒙激素合成水平低,肌纤维肥大在其力量提高中的贡献作用较小,故该时期力量的提高以神经支配能力的改善为主要原因。因而在训练实践中,建议选择反应力量和快速力量相结合的周期训练模式,其中,力量训练的负荷强度是训练计划的关键指标,即采用不低于50%1RM的负荷强度刺激,才能达到对青少年的最低刺激阈值,实现其力量提高的目的。本研究针对力量训练给青少年生长发育带来的影响、运动损伤问题和力量保持与消退关系等热点问题亦作了探讨。最后,论述了青少年力量训练在理念、方法和负荷特征等方面的发展趋势。

       

      Abstract: Based on the physiological mechanism of strength training of junior athletes,this paper firstly clarifies the some cognitive errors that has been around the junior athlete's strength training,and studies the athlete's strength training effect and method,the hot issues in practical training and training development trend.At the level of physiological mechanism,because the junior athlete's physical development is not yet mature,the level of hormone synthesis is low,muscle fiber hypertrophy in its efforts to enhance the contribution is smaller,so improvement of power during the period is to improve the innervation ability.In training practice,it is recommended to choose the combination of plyometric and speed strength training cycle model.Among them,strength training load intensity is key indicators of training program:by not less than 50%1 RM the load intensity of stimulation,in order to achieve the lowest stimulation threshold of junior athletes and reach the goal of improving their strength.In this paper,the hot issues of strength training to the growth and development of junior athletes,sports injury problems and strength maintain and loss are also discussed.At last,this paper discusses the development trend of the youth strength training in theory,method and load characteristics.
