    Increased Rate of Peak Torque Development in Human Skeletal Muscle following Isokinetic Training with Sports Beverages

    • 摘要: 目的:探讨膝关节等动肌力训练时补充运动饮料对大腿肌肉收缩力的影响。方法:高校跆拳道男队员27人,随机分为4组:训练饮料组(TD组)7人,常规专项训练+每周3次等动训练与运动饮料补充;训练组(T组)6人,常规专项训练+每周3次等动训练与矿泉水摄取;饮料组(D组)7人,常规专项训练+每周3次运动饮料补充;对照组(C组)7人,常规专项训练+每周3次矿泉水摄取。实验10周,由6周训练和4周停训组成。等动训练内容包括(60°/s向心/向心收缩7次,180°/s向心/向心收缩18次,20°/s离心/离心收缩7次)×2组,组内间歇1min,组间间歇3min,最后再进行180°/s向心/向心收缩18次练习。其中,离心收缩强度在训练中前3周使用最大阻力矩的150%,后3周调整为220%,双腿都进行训练。运动饮料配成糖浓度为6%的溶液(肌酸0.1g/kg体重、糖1.0g/kg体重,蛋白0.4g/kg体重),TD组在等动训练开始前0.5h喝1/3,运动中每15 min补1次,每次150ml,训练后将剩余喝完。T组等动训练时同样分时饮用总量为体重(kg)/6%ml矿泉水。在TD组或T组等动训练时,D组或C组也到实验室,饮用方法 一样。在训练前、训练6周、停训4周测量优势腿大腿肌肉在膝关节处60°/s和180°/s尽力向心屈伸运动时最大力矩与完成时间,屈肌群(VL、RF、VM)、伸肌群(SE、BF)最大iEMG和完成时间,计算RFD和RER。结果:1)6周训练后,TD组60°/s用力屈膝时RFD、RER显著高于D组,P<0.05;TD组180°/s用力伸膝时RFD、RER显著高于T组、D组、C组,P<0.05。停训4周后,180°/s用力伸膝时,TD组RFD、RER仍显著高于T组、D组、C组,P<0.05。2)6周训练后,TD组60°/s用力屈膝时BF的RER显著高于D组,P<0.05;TD组180°/s用力伸膝时RF的RER显著高于T组、D组、C组,P<0.05。停训4周后,180°/s用力伸膝时,TD组VL的RER显著高于C组,P<0.05;TD组RF的RER显著高于T组、D组、C组,P<0.05。结论:运动员在等动肌力训练时,补充运动饮料可增强神经肌肉激活率,快速产生峰力矩,并能在停训后维持;其中,BF、RF、VL神经激活显著,提示,在肌力形成中占主要作用。

       

      Abstract: Objective:The present study examined the effect of isokinetic training with sports beverages on the rate of peak torque development in athlete skeletal muscle during maximal muscle contraction.Methods:Twenty-seven taekwondo athletes in universitiy were randomly divided into four groups,TD group(n=7)with routine professional training and isokinetic exercise with sports beverages,T group(n=6)with routine professional training and isokinetic exercise with water,D group(n=7)with routine professional training and with beverages,C group(n=7)with routine professional training and with water.Experimental session for 10 weeks,included training for 6weeks and detraining 4 weeks.Subjects were asked to complete quadriceps and hamstring muscle isokinetic training in two legs,including 2sets of 7repetitions concentric contraction at 60°/s and 18 repetitions concentric contraction at 180°/s,and 7repetitions eccentric contraction at 20°/s,then 18 repetitions concentric contraction at 180°/s,1-min rest in set,3-min rest interval set,3days a week.Moment of skeletal muscle eccentric contraction was 150% of the maximum moment of resistance in the first 3 weeks,and 220%in last 3weeks.Sports beverages were carbohydrate solution(6% wt/vol)including creatine(0.1g/kg weight),carbohydrate(1g/kg weight)and protein(0.4g/kg weight).Drank 1/3before isokinetic exercise,then 150 ml per 15 minutes until finishing exercise,the remaining solution was drunk up after finishing exercise in TD group and Dgroup.The volume of water was(kg weight)/6% ml.The maximum torque,iEMG and completion time were measured in predominant leg at 60°/s and 180°/s before training,after 6 weeks training and 4 weeks detraining,calculated RFD and RER.Results:(1)RFD and RER of hamstring muscle increased in TD group than D group at 60°/s(P<0.05)after 6 weeks training.RFD and RER of quadriceps were higher in TD group than T,D,C groups at 180°/s(P<0.05)after 6 weeks training and 4weeks detraining.(2)RER of BF increased in TD group than D group while flexing knee at 60°/s(P<0.05)after 6weeks training.RER of VL increased in TD group than C group while extending knee at 180°/s(P<0.05)after 4 weeks detraining.RER of RF increased in TD group than T,D,C groups while extending knee at 180°/s(P<0.05)after 6weeks training and 4weeks detraining.Conclusion:The rate of force(or peak torque)development significantly increased after isokinetic training with sports beverages and detraining,which was associated with increased neuromuscular activity.And BF,RF,VL was suggested to be have a major role in muscle strength formation accounted for their neural activation significantly.
