Abstract: Through using the methods of literature reviews,expert interviews,field visit,this paper,beginning with the logic origin of new normal,makes research on the tendency of sports industry policy.In face of the demands of ‘high speed,optimized structure and new momentum,traditional sports industry has become the main hindrance to its development.According to new normal,our nation policy of sports industry stand the idea of cognition,institution planning,interest gaming,has accelerated its reform,highlighting the role of this industry and making the objections more clearer,tasks more practical and policies more vigorous.Local governments have followed the instructions enacted by central government,activating their participation in the regulations of policies and speeding up the strategic reforms to make the objections clearer and policies better.As the crucial five years for implementing policy adjustment of sports industry in all-round way,the 13^th Five-Year Plan Period,focusing on system reform,aim to promote great-leap-forward development of sports industry in a fair environment through the means of dynamic evaluation.
