    From Disembeding to Community:Economic Sociological Analysis of Organization Evolution of Professional Sports in China

    • 摘要: 在经济社会学分析范式下,以组织演化与场域变迁为切入点,梳理我国职业体育发展变迁历程,探解其组织演化规律,把握其后续发展趋势,并提出相关实践策略。研究发现,我国职业体育源起与发展带有明显的脱域特征,然脱域伴生的组织结构松散及有组织的无序状况,需要利益共同体建构以化解;而基于当前发展现状,推进我国职业体育利益共同体建设,需要在把握建构性质、重塑建构理念、认清建构时机的基础上,借助利益共同体的组织结构属性和网络资源效益呈现方式找寻关键实践点,并依赖政府体制转型与制度机制创新来达成组织结构优化。

       

      Abstract: Under the paradigm of economic sociology,taking organization evolution and field change as the breakthrough point,this paper discusses the course of development and change of professional sports in China,explores the law of its organization evolution,graspes the trend of its development,and puts forward relevant practical strategies.The result shows that the disembeding is the obvious characteristics of the origin and development of professional sports in China,with the state of the loose organization structure and organized disordered,which need to be interest community.And pushing forward the construction of the professional sports benefit community in China,need to grasp the construction nature,reshape the construction concept,realize the construction time,find out the key practice points with the analysis the organizational structure and network resources presentation of the interest community,and rely on the government institutional transformation and system innovation to achieve the organizational structure optimization.
