Abstract: This study uses the software of Citespace Ⅲ to analyze American literatures in the last six years which searched from science citation index in Wed of Science database.The purpose is to analyze the main content of the hot research topic in sport injury in America.The result shows that the research hotspot about sport injury in America is focused on sports concussion,anterior cruciate ligament injury,joint instability,over used injury.Each study closely associated with mechanism,prevention,treatment and rehabilitation of sports injury,and the standards of return to sports.Each study application the modern advanced measurement methods of physiology,biomechanics and anatomy to assess and measure injured subjects.We also found out that the United States attaches great importance to the long-term and consistency sports injury research and exploration of the injuries of adolescent athletes.
