Abstract: After“General Planning on the Reform and Development of Chinese Football”is issued,how to orderly carry forward the follow-up reform has become the current hot topic of social concern.By analyzing the professional football league separating administrative reform practice characteristics,this paper found out that breaking the organizational system and operational mechanism which was the integration of management and running,shaping the mode with associations and alliances joint operation which was in line with the professional football governing laws,the Chinese Football Association reform targeted may be the non-governmental public organizations between government and the market.And we must form the new association governance mechanisms and league run system,in order to maintain the orderly operation of associations and leagues,and promote the healthy development of Chinese football,by some important reform as:the obtaining authorization mechanism of Chinese Football Association,the deployment and conversion mechanism of league asset,the bilateral coordination and safeguard mechanism of league management office.
