    运动介导蛋白质泛素化调控线粒体质量控制的机制探讨

    The Mechanism of Exercise-Induced Protein Ubiquitination Regulating Mitochondrial Quality Control

    • 摘要: 线粒体处于持续动态变化,线粒体生物发生、线粒体融合、线粒体分裂和线粒体自噬之间的平衡对维持细胞功能至关重要,其中,泛素-蛋白酶体系统被认为在其中发挥着重要作用。对蛋白质泛素化对线粒体质量控制作用的最新研究展开阐述。从蛋白质泛素化入手,探讨其通过调控线粒体生物发生、线粒体动态变化和线粒体自噬从而对线粒体质量控制产生的影响,并论述相关分子机制,着重探讨线粒体相关E3泛素连接酶及泛素特异性蛋白酶的作用,在此基础上阐明运动可能通过泛素-蛋白酶体系统对线粒体质量控制产生的干预作用,从而为未来相关领域研究奠定理论基础并指明方向。

       

      Abstract: Mitochondria are under dynamic changes.The balance between mitochondria biogenesis,mitochondria fusion,mitochondria fission and mitophagy is vital to maintenance of cellular functions,among which ubiquitin-proteasome system is considered to play a key role.In this review,we aim to discuss the effect of protein ubiquitination on mitochondrial quality control via regulating mitochondrial biogenesis,mitochondrial dynamics and mitophagy.Relevant molecular mechanism,especially the roles of E3 ligases and ubiquitin-specific proteases will be elaborated.In addition,ubiquitination mediated effect of exercise on mitochondrial quality control will be explored,so as to construct theoretic foundation and provide direction for future researches in this area.
