体力活动与学龄前儿童认知能力关联关系的中介变量研究

    The Mediating Effect Study between Physical Activity and Cognitive Abilities in Preschool Children

    • 摘要: 目的:旨在探讨外周血认知相关蛋白表达水平, 是否在体力活动与学龄前儿童认知能力的关联中发挥中介作用。方法:共在上海7个幼儿园募集受试学龄前儿童306名 (男, 176名;女, 130名) , 利用美国产Acti Graph GT3X+测量日常体力活动水平, 以《韦氏幼儿智力简式量表》测量受试者认知能力, 酶联免疫吸附法检测外周血IGF-1和BDNF水平, 所有测试均由家长同意并签署知情同意书。结果:306名受试者中, 共174名 (男, 97名;女, 77名) 体力活动水平、认知能力测试、外周血IGF-1和BDNF数据都完整, 无论男童或女童的回归分析结果中, 均未见体力活动水平与外周血IGF-1和/或BDNF含量, 以及外周血IGF-1和/或BDNF含量与认知能力之间显著关联性。结论:研究未发现外周血IGF-1和/或BDNF在体力活动对于学龄前儿童认知能力的正关联关系中发挥中介作用。

       

      Abstract: Objective: To explore whether peripheral blood levels of cognition-related proteins play a mediator role in the impact of physical activity on cognitive abilities. Methods: A total of 306 participants recruited (boys 176;girls 130) from 7 kindergartens in Shanghai. Participants' physical activity was assessed using Acti Graph GT3X+accelerometer (GT3X+, Acti Graph, Pensacola, FL, USA) , "China- Wechsler Abbreviated Intelligence Scale for children (C- WAISC) " (City version) was used to examine the cognitive abilities, ELISA (Enzyme-linked Immunosorben Assay, ELISA) and R & D System (Human IGF-1 Quantikine ELISA Kit;Human BDNF Quantikine ELISA Kit, U.S.) kit were used to detect the concentrations of IGF-1 and BDNF. Results: A total of 174 preschoolers (boys 97;girls 77) among 306 participants have the complete data of level of physical activity, cognitive ability tests and peripheral cognition- related proteins. Regardless of the results of the regression analysis of the boys or girls, the results did not support the hypothesis that peripheral blood levels of IGF-1and/or BDNF play a mediator role in the impact of physical activity on cognitive abilities. Conclusions: The results from our study did not find the mediator effect of peripheral blood IGF-1 and/or BDNF on the association between physical activity and cognitive abilities.
