Abstract: Sport discipline is the science of sports phenomenon and its law, which is the result of the modern knowledge highly differentiated and integrated, its plays an important role in social development and human progress. Compared with the traditional leading discipline, the developing sports science urgent needs to be continuously deepen the principle theory research and refactor discipline system. On the basis of absorbing and borrowing domestic and foreign research results, along the logical approach of positioning starting point of kinesiology, building the basic theoretical framework of kinesiology, reconstructing kinesiology system, based on the theory of ontology, epistemology, theory and with related basic elements as the breakthrough point in disciplines, we build the logic road of kinesiology basic theory. Future research horizon should be expanded to the key area, such as meta-theory of kinesiology, the phylogeny of kinesiology, the methodology of kinesiology, the innovation and development of kinesiology, discipline reconstruction of kinesiology, which to make demonstration and forerunner to explore and reveal inherent law of kinesiology development and re-construct Chinese academic system of kinesiology.
