职业体育俱乐部参与体育场(馆)运营研究

    Research on the Professional Sports Club Participating on the Operation of the Venue

    • 摘要: 采用文献资料调研、专家访谈等方法就职业体育俱乐部参与体育场 (馆) 运营问题进行研究。研究认为, 俱乐部参与场 (馆) 运营对于俱乐部发展和提升场 (馆) 使用率均具有重要意义。目前, 国内俱乐部在参与场 (馆) 运营方面存在参与不足, 合约期限较短, 事后参与和俱乐部话语权较弱等问题, 在分析、借鉴欧洲职业足球俱乐部和美国职业体育俱乐部参与场 (馆) 运营的基本情况、主要模式、所有权结构和成功经验的基础上, 提出了场 (馆) 经营权入股俱乐部、委托俱乐部管理、长期租赁、ROT、成立合资场 (馆) 运营公司和俱乐部自建场 (馆) 6种俱乐部参与场 (馆) 运营的可行路径以及支持俱乐部入股场 (馆) 运营公司, 采取ROT或长期租赁形式, 授予俱乐部场 (馆) 运营管理权, 鼓励地方政府与俱乐部共建场 (馆) , 委托俱乐部管理和明确俱乐部优先使用权, 提高俱乐部在场 (馆) 使用中话语权和确保公立场 (馆) 公共服务职能等促进俱乐部参与场 (馆) 运营的建议。

       

      Abstract: By using the method of literature review and expert interview, this paper investigates professional sports clubs participating in the operation of venue.The research suggests that it's great significance to develop the club and raise the utilization of venue.At present, in the aspect of participating in venue operation, domestic clubs exist insufficient participation, short lease period, low participation beforehand and low discourse power problems.On the basis of analyzing and drawing on the basic situation, main pattern, ownership structure successful experience of European and the United States, this paper put forwards that venue management bought a share into the club, entrusting club management, long-term leases, ROT, establishing joint venture venue operation companies and building venue themselves for clubs participate in the operation of venue.To promote the operation of the venue, the suggestions are as following, supporting the club to buy into the venue operation company, adopting the form of ROT or long-term lease, granting the management right, encouraging the government and the club co-build the venue, entrusting the club management, clearing priority, and improving the voice of club using the venue, providing public service.
