    Research on Contemporary Ethical Issues and Dispelling Orientation of School Sports in China

    • 摘要: 伦理作为规范、导引、调节事物发展的行为准则, 能够规范人之行为, 引导事物合规律发展, 协调人与人之间的关系。我国学校体育实践表明, 仅依靠法律、政策与行政推动难以完全解决学校体育中存在的诸多实际问题, 尤其是关涉人之价值取向及行为逾越的问题。而伦理之于学校体育的作用与意义恰恰在于其能够促进人们树立正确的价值观, 规范相关主体行为, 引导学校体育合规律发展。依据学校体育的伦理追求与原则, 对我国当代学校体育发展中的既存问题及其背后的伦理蕴意进行了分析, 发现我国当代学校体育中仍尚存学生身心割裂发展、人道本位放逐、发展公正偏失、诚信道德遗失、工具理性越位、幸福获得阙如等偏离伦理追求与伦理原则之问题。为遏制学校体育中道德阈限的僭越, 从理想与现实相悖的罅隙中寻求突破, 提出了我国学校体育当代伦理问题消解的应然路向:皈归应然伦理追求, 弥合学生身心发展的裂痕;回归教育的人道本真, 摆脱教育爱的过度投射;强化发展公正与教育正义, 促进资源分配公平与均衡;以价值理性引领工具理性, 以合理理性指引决策理性;促进诚信自觉与道德觉醒, 规约道德选择的自由与尺度;尊重人的生命价值, 追求幸福的实现。

       

      Abstract: Ethics as code of conduct to regulate, guide and adjust development of things, it can regulate human the behavior, guide the regulative development of things, coordinate the relationship between people in practice activities. The practice of school physical education in China shows that it is difficult to completely solve many practical problems existing in school physical education, especially those about the value orientation and behavior exceedance. And the role and significance of ethics in school physical education is just that it can promote the correct values, regulate the behavior of related subjects and guide the regular development of school physical education. According to the ethical pursuit and the principle of school physical education, this paper analyzes the existing problems and the ethical parables behind those in our contemporary school physical education, and finds that there are still existing problems of deviating the ethical pursuit and the ethical principle such as students physical and mental separating development, humanity standard exile, partial loss of development justice, loss of integrity morality, tool rationality offside, lack of happiness acquisition. In order to curb beyond moral limen in school physical education, seeking breakthrough from the crack of the ideal and reality, and putting forward the should-be-what orientation of the dispelling of contemporary ethical problems in Chinese school physical education: converting to ought to be ethical pursuit, bridge partitions of the physical and mental development of the students; regressing humane nature of education, getting rid of the excess projection of education love; strengthening the development fair and education justice, promoting resource allocation fairness and balance; taking the value rationality to lead tools rationality, taking reasonable rationality to guide decision-making rationality; promoting the honesty consciousness and moral awareness, standardizing freedom and scale code of the moral choice; respecting life value of human, pursuing the realization of the happiness.
