    基于跑姿控制训练模式下的跟腱生物力学研究

    Effects of Simulated Barefoot Running on Achilles Tendon Mechanical Properties

    • 摘要: 目的:通过建立12周跑姿控制训练的运动干预模型, 探究跑步下肢姿态控制对跟腱生物力学的影响。方法:研究选取30名习惯后跟触地的男性跑步爱好者, 随机分为前掌跑训练组 (SBR组, n=15) 和极简跑鞋组 (MIN组, n=15) , 进行12周跑姿控制训练。其中, SBR组穿着极简跑鞋以前掌触地的方式进行跑步训练;MIN组穿着极简跑鞋以现有的习惯进行跑步训练。采用重复测量双因素方差分析比较训练前后各组 (跑姿×训练前后) 的跟腱力、横截面积、应力、应变以及胫骨前肌、小腿三头肌的肌肉活化特征等。结果:12周跑姿控制训练后:1) 两组的跟腱力、应力和应变均显著增加 (P<0.05) ;2) 两组跟腱力峰值均表现出显著增加, 且SBR组显著高于MIN组 (P<0.05) ;3) 两组胫骨前肌的均方根振幅在预激活阶段均表现出显著减小, 且SBR组的比目鱼肌RMS显著高于MIN组 (P<0.05) ;4) 两组腓肠肌外侧头的均方根振幅在后激活和离心收缩阶段均表现出显著减小 (P<0.05) 。结论:12周跑姿控制训练作为一种循序渐进的训练方式, 可以使跟腱更有效地完成能量储存和释放, 同时积极改善跟腱承受载荷的能力。

       

      Abstract: Objective: To explore the effects of lower limb motor control on Achilles tendon biomechanical properties during running by establishing a 12-week running retraining model. Methods: 30 male recreational runners who were used to rearfoot running were divided into two groups: SBR group and MIN group (n=15 in each group) , a 12-week running retraining was completed by all runners. The SBR group ran with forefoot strike by wearing minimal shoes, while the MIN group ran with rearfoot strike by wearing minimal shoes. A two-way ANOVA (strike pattern×training) with repeated measures was used to do data analysis. Results: After 12-week running retraining: 1) The Achilles tendon force, stress and strain in these two groups were significantly increased (P<0.05) ; 2) The peak Achilles tendon force was significantly increased in these two groups, and the SBR group was significantly higher than the MIN group (P<0.05) ; 3) The pre-activation RMS of tibialis anterior was significantly decreased in both groups, and the RMS of soleus in the SBR group was significantly higher than that of the MIN group (P<0.05) ; 4) The RMS of the lateral head of the gastrocnemius in both groups showed a significant decline in post-activation and eccentric contraction phases (P<0.05) . Conclusion: The results indicated that the 12-week running retraining protocol was effective in energy storage and release in Achilles tendon, and it can improve the loading ability of Achilles tendon to prevent and reduce injury risk.
