Abstract: On the background of health China strategy, the qualitative parameters of sports and medicine symbiotic units are compatible. The two symbiotic units have symbiotic interface, can produce symbiotic benefits, and can form asymmetric positive symbiotic relationship. However, health service mainly depends on medicine in China, the reality state of sports and medicine shows that the correlation is low, the symbiotic model is asymmetric continuous reciprocal symbiosis. The communication of symbiotic interface is still not smooth, which limits the development of deep integration of physical medicine. Based on the theory of social symbiosis, this article constructs a “five-dimensional symbiotic mechanism” of collaborative linkage, joint consultation, interest balance, policy guarantee and integrated development, and proposes that the conceptual consensus should be reached in the field of physical education and medicine, and the community of interests should be fostered, so as to improve the symbiosis degree of sports and medical treatment. At the same time, this article points out that the symbiotic model of sports and medical treatment should be changed to form an integrated symmetric and mutually beneficial symbiotic model; the symbiotic interface between sports and medical treatment should be optimized through the support of national policy; the symbiotic environment of sports and medical treatment should be improved to promote the mutually complementary, interdependent, co-evolutionary and mutually developing win-win symbiotic relationship between sports and medical treatment.
