    Research Progress on the Effect of Physical Education Learning from the Perspective of Self-determination Motivation Theory

    • 摘要: 为丰富国内自我决定动机与体育学习效果的研究视角,系统综述了2000-2018年期间国外有关自我决定动机理论与体育学习效果的研究文献,探讨了自我决定动机对运动技能、身体活动、情感态度和认知学习等方面的影响。结果表明:1)自主性动机对儿童青少年的身体活动、体育学习愉悦感、参与度、努力度和未来继续参与身体活动的意愿等方面的影响得到了肯定;2)自主性动机与运动技能和认知学习之间关系仍不明朗,有待更多的研究进行证明和挖掘;3)控制性动机和无动机对各维度体育学习效果的影响仍未达成共识,有待后续更多的研究加以验证。建议未来相关研究应加强自主性动机与运动技能和认知学习效果的关联研究,进一步关注控制性动机和无动机对各维度体育学习效果的影响,增加纵向研究和序列研究的比例,探讨自我决定动机对不同性别学生体育学习效果的影响差异。

       

      Abstract: In order to enrich the perspective of China's motivation and PE learning effects, this paper systematically reviews the literature related to the theory of self-determination motivation(SDT) and the effect of PE learning between 2000 and 2018, explores the effects of SDT on psychomotor domain, affective domain, and cognitive learning. The results show that: 1) The positive impact of autonomous motivation on the physical activity, enjoyment, effort and engagement, intention to PE or PA has been affirmed; 2)the relationship between autonomous motivation and motor skills and cognitive learning is still unclear, and more research is needed to prove and explore; 3) there is still no consensus on the influence of controlling motivation and amotivation on the learning effects of physical education in all dimensions, and further research is needed to verify. It is suggested that we should strengthen the research on the relationship between autonomous motivation and motor skills and cognitive learning, pay more attention to the influence of controlling motivation and amotivation on the effect of PE learning in all dimensions, increase the proportion of longitudinal research and sequence research, explore the impact of self-determination motivation on the effect of PE learning of different gender, so as to improve the learning effect of PE in primary and middle schools in China.
