    不同运动方式对女性戒毒人员犬尿氨酸代谢通路的影响研究

    Effect of Different Exercise on the Kynurenine Metabolic Pathway in Female Drug Addicts

    • 摘要: 目的:探讨不同运动方式对女性戒毒人员犬尿氨酸代谢通路(kynurenine pathway,KP)的影响。方法:采用随机抽样的方法,从重庆市南岸区女性强制戒毒所纳入符合标准的女性戒毒人员40名,随机分为瑜伽组(n=10)、冥想组(n=10)、体能组(n=10)和对照组(n=10),进行为期12周、每周3次、每次1 h的干预训练。干预前、后采用超高效液相色谱-串联质谱联用仪(UHPLC-MS/MS)对受试者血清犬尿氨酸(kynurenine,KYN)、犬尿酸(kynurenic acid,KA)含量进行定量检测分析。结果:女性吸毒人员犬尿氨酸代谢异常,表现为血清KYN含量显著增多、KA含量显著下降。12周的不同训练干预能够调节KP,瑜伽组、冥想组和体能组KYN含量均显著性下降(P<0.01),且瑜伽组显著低于冥想组、体能组和对照组(P<0.05);瑜伽组、体能组和冥想组KA含量均显著性增加(P<0.01),且瑜伽组显著高于冥想组、体能组和对照组(P<0.05)。结论:1)12周的瑜伽、冥想和体能训练均能降低女性戒毒人员的KYN含量,提高KA含量,调节KP,实现对大脑奖赏功能的改善,有效降低复吸风险;2)瑜伽组改善效果优于冥想和体能训练,可能是KA含量增加和焦虑情绪改善在运动降低复吸风险过程中具有关键作用。另提示,运动与冥想相结合方式可能更有利于提高戒断效果。

       

      Abstract: Objective: To investigate the effects of different exercise on the kynurenine pathway(KP) in female drug addicts.Methods: 40 female drug addicts were recruited randomly from the Nanan District Female Compulsory Drug Rehabilitation Center in Chongqing City. They were randomly divided into four groups, yoga group(n=10), meditation group(n=10), physical fitness group(n=10), and control group(n=10). A 12-week exercise training intervention was conducted in each group, the training protocol was 3 times per week, 1 hour per time. Ultra-high liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(UHPLC-MS/MS) was used to quantitatively detect and analyze the serum kynurenine(KYN) and kynurenic acid(KA) contents before and after training intervention. Results: A significant increase of serum KYN content and decrease of KA content were observed in female drug addicts. After training, KYN content in the yoga group, meditation group and physical fitness group was decreased significantly(P<0.01), and the yoga group was significantly lower than the meditation group, physical fitness group and the control group(P<0.05);KA content in the yoga group, physical fitness group and the meditation group was increased significantly(P<0.01), and the yoga group was significantly higher than the meditation group, physical fitness group and the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: 1) 12-week yoga, meditation and physical fitness training can reduce KYN content and increase KA content in female drug addicts, and the reward function is improved by regulating KP, which result in the lower risk of taking drugs again; 2) the yoga group is better in regulating Kynurenine metabolism than meditation group and physical fitness group, which may be attributed to the increase in KA content and the improvement in anxiety. Moreover, it is suggested that the combination of exercise and meditation may be more conducive to improving the withdrawal response.
