Abstract: On the basis of reviewing the overall situation and regional differences of public sports service, this study reveals that the supply of China's public sports service is in the development stage of regional key breakthrough. The research uses text sorting,empirical research, logical analysis and other methods to sort out and briefly evaluate the supply mode of China's public sports service in a diachronic dimension; puts forward the transformation logic of“governance concept, governance structure, governance path, governance tool”of the new era public sports service supply model; puts forward the transformation of public sports service supply mode from“command and control type of bureaucratic governance”to“cooperation and network type of comprehensive governance”in the new era; puts forward the governance framework of public sports service supply mode transformation, which is composed of one main line, two dimensions, three pole interaction and four elements. Only a complete governance system can improve the governance ability of the public sports service supply model. The“comprehensive governance”system with the Chinese discourse system is a suitable governance transformation in supply of China's public sports service model.
