Abstract: This study takes the grand strategy as the theoretical perspective and proposes the construction of a sports diplomacy strategy system with Chinese characteristics, which is divided into three modules: The sports diplomatic strategy philosophy with Chinese characteristics, the dynamics of Chinese sports diplomacy and the strategic deployment of China's sports diplomacy. It is believed that the relationship between the three modules can be expressed by a functional formula: SD(strategy deployment) =SP(strategy philosophy)×SM(strategy motivation). Among them, the sports diplomacy strategy philosophy with Chinese characteristics is the basic coefficient, and the strategic motivation is the independent variable, and the strategic deployment is the dependent variable. Furthermore, the construction of the sports diplomacy strategy system with Chinese characteristics and the realization path of its innovation are concretized. Branch research fields are clarified, and a scientific, systematic, continuous, and realistic research framework is formed.
