    • 摘要: 人体代谢系统使用各种膳食常量营养素作为供能物质的能力非常灵活。研究证明,高碳水化合物饮食能维持肌糖原并且优化运动表现。而关于低碳水化合物饮食的研究已逐步进入人们的视野,这种饮食的基础涉及“脂肪适应”,会显著增加脂肪氧化,降低次最大强度运动时碳水化合物的氧化,从而使运动员在保存肌糖原的同时最大化地利用脂肪。就理论而言,这可以提高耐力表现,因为肌糖原有限,其减少是疲劳产生的原因,而保证充足的糖原储备是耐力比赛的关键。本研究主要根据脂肪适应策略是否涉及碳水化合物恢复进一步细分相关研究,介绍在耐力运动和高强度运动中不同适应周期的脂肪适应策略的研究发现。总体而言,限制碳水化合物饮食(restricted carbohydrate diets,RCDs)会使高强度运动受损,并在免疫系统维护、疲劳缓解以及肌肉质量提升等方面存在潜在的局限性。对于耐力运动来说,在没有碳水化合物恢复的情况下,至少需要几个月的RCDs才有改善耐力运动表现的可能性,脂肪适应周期过短还会导致长时间运动表现受损,而脂肪适应与碳水化合物恢复相结合的周期化饮食策略可以维持耐力表现,并且带来更大的代谢益处。

       

      Abstract: The body's metabolic system has remarkably flexible ability to use a variety of dietary macronutrients as fuels. Many evidences have proved that a high-carbohydrate diet can maintain muscle glycogen level and improve exercise performance. On the other hand, some research have focused on the low-carbohydrate diet which related to “fat adaptation”. The low-carbohydrate diet can significantly increase fat oxidation and reduce carbohydrate oxidation during sub-maximum exercise, thus leading athletes to maximize fat utilization and save muscle glycogen. Theoretically, this can improve endurance performance because muscle glycogen is limited and sufficient glycogen storage is the key factor to maintain exercise ability in endurance competition. Therefore, this study summarized the research of fat adaptation with different periods in endurance exercise and high intensity exercise. In general,restricted carbohydrate diets(RCDs) can reduce high-intensity exercise performance and has potential limitations in the immune system, fatigue and muscle mass. For endurance exercise, it takes at least several months of RCDs to have the possibility of improving endurance performance without carbohydrate restoration. In addition, the short fat adaptation period will reduce endurance performance.
