    Experience Promotion and Interactive Upgrading of Skiing Population Transformation in China in the Post-Winter Olympic Period

    • 摘要: 滑雪体验对滑雪人口转化具有重要的推动作用,后冬奥时期,多维度滑雪体验能够积极推动滑雪人口转化。通过文献分析、问卷调查、访谈及实地调研等方法对滑雪人口转化的过程、内在规律、体验推动方式以及交互升级进行了探讨。研究发现:1)滑雪人口转化需要滑雪者经历认知、体验滑雪运动以及技能进阶等一系列过程,关键条件是经常性参与。2)滑雪过程中的体验推动可以分为成就感体验推动、刺激感体验推动和满意感体验推动3个维度,具有满足滑雪者心理需求和引导雪场服务高质量供给的重要价值。3)在滑雪人口转化的体验交互升级中,升级前提是畅通滑雪体验反馈,升级核心是明确滑雪体验交互主体,升级方向是强化滑雪体验维度,在此基础上,细分后的滑雪体验应建立各自的交互升级路径。

       

      Abstract: Skiing experience plays an important role in promoting the transformation of skiing population. In the post Winter Olympic period, the promotion of multi-dimensional skiing experience can positively affect the transformation of skiing population.Through literature analysis, questionnaire survey, telephone interview and field investigation, this study discussed the transformation process, internal laws, experience promotion dimension and interactive upgrading of skiing population. It found that: 1) The transformation of skiing population requires skiers to experience a series of processes such as cognition, experience and skill upgrading of skiing, and the key condition is regular participation. 2) Skiing experience can promote the transformation of skiing population from three dimensions: achievement experience promotion, stimulation experience promotion and satisfaction experience promotion, which is of great value to meet the psychological needs of skiers and guide the high-quality supply of ski resort services.3) In the interactive upgrading of skiing experience during the transformation of skiing population, the premise of upgrading is smoothing the skiing experience feedback, the core of upgrading is clarifying the interactive subject of skiing experience, and the upgrading direction is to strengthen the dimension of skiing experience. On this basis, the subdivided skiing experience needs to establish their own interactive upgrade paths.
