    人工智能引领运动训练发展的现实需求、域外经验及中国方案

    Realistic Needs, the Experiences of Foreign Countries, and China's Solution in AI-led Sports Training Development

    • 摘要: 随着人工智能的蓬勃发展,其在运动训练中的应用已日益显现。当前我国在天赋识别、技能评析、比赛分析、负荷调控和训练管理五大子领域存在着影响人工智能技术应用效果的现实困境。人工智能技术可以提升运动训练的针对性、科学性及有效性。目前,人工智能技术在英国、美国、德国和新西兰等体育发达国家正在被广泛应用于训练选材、核心竞技能力提升、运动表现分析、精细化负荷监控及运动训练管理等实践领域并取得了显著成效。借鉴上述经验,基于我国实情,提出数据化更新天赋识别过程、个性化反馈技术评析过程、可视化剖析比赛分析过程、精细化调节训练负载过程、智能化推动训练管理过程的中国方案。

       

      Abstract: With the vigorous development of artificial intelligence(AI), its application in sports training has become increasingly apparent. In our country, there are practical difficulties affecting the effectiveness of AI technology application in five sub-domains:talent identification, skill analysis, competition analysis, load regulation, and training management. AI technology can enhance the specificity, scientificity, and effectiveness of sports training. Currently, AI technology is widely used in developed sports countries such as the United Kingdom, the United States, Germany, and New Zealand in practices such as athlete selection in sports training,enhancement of core athletic abilities, sports performance analysis, refined load monitoring, and sports training management, and has achieved significant results. Drawing on the experiences mentioned above and based on the actual situation in China, a China’s Solution is proposed to update the talent identification process with data, personalize the feedback technology analysis process,visualize the competition analysis process, refine the training load adjustment process, and intelligently promote the training management process.
