    The Preparation Strategy of Men's 500 m Speed Skating Champion Gao Tingyu in Beijing Winter Olympics

    • 摘要: 为提高速度滑冰项目奥运备战参赛水平,基于优秀运动员个案分析,采用理论分析和实践论证相结合的方式,从科技助力的视角系统分析高亭宇奥运备战冲刺阶段的训练和比赛情况。研究认为,深入分析专项运动技术、身体素质和身体机能是开展科学化训练的前提,复合型科研训练团队集约化高效运行能够实现科研和训练的一体化。技术优化和训练创新是高亭宇奥运备战工作的核心,技术优化主要通过风洞训练和分析运动员技术动作的生物力学特征实现,训练创新主要体现在理念创新(“长板效应”)和手段创新(冰上超速训练)方面。高亭宇奥运备战策略主要包括:1)深刻认识项目特征,践行科学化训练理念;2)强化复合型科研训练团队的高效运行;3)依托科技创新,实现核心竞技能力的突破。

       

      Abstract: To enhance the preparation and competition level for the Olympic speed skating events, a systematic analysis of Gao Tingyu’s training and competition during the final phase of Olympic preparation is conducted from a technological support perspective, which was including theoretical analysis and practical validation. This study suggests that the in-depth analysis of specialized sports techniques, physical fitness, and physiological functions is a prerequisite in conducting scientific training. The efficient and intensive operation of an integrated scientific training team can achieve the unification of scientific research and training. Technical optimization and training innovation are key points in Gao Tingyu’s Olympic preparation. Technical optimization is achieved through wind tunnel training and the analysis of the biomechanical characteristics, and the training innovation is reflected in conceptual innovation(the “long board effect”) and methodological innovation(ice speed-overload training). Gao Tingyu’s Olympic preparation strategies are mainly include: 1) Deep understanding of the characteristics of speed skating events and the implementation of scientific training concepts; 2) strengthening the efficient operation of the integrated scientific training team;3) achieving breakthroughs in core competitive abilities based on technological innovation.
