Abstract: Based on analyzing the internal mechanism and the mechanism of integrated development of physical education and health care industry in American national physical activity plan, this paper tries to provide the reference for our national fitness and health integration. The result shows that sport's assets commonality is the premise of integrated development;sports, health and medical industry's predicament is the power of the integrated development of the national physical activity plan;the organizational structure and management mode is a key factor of integrated development. For the integrated development intrinsic mechanism of physical education and health care industry, the concept of level focus on generalizing walk with the doctor, sports is medicine;organizational level present development form of cooperation, internal development, transformation and fusion;strategy and tactics focus on promoting physical activity as the center, which is around the combination of various industries characteristics to build a community;technology's level is to build the system of physical activity of vital signs, clinical diagnoses, child and adolescent physical activity monitoring, comprehensive school physical activity. The Amercian national physical activity plan integrated experience have very good reference value and significance for our 2016-2020 national fitness plan and the integration on the national fitness and health care.
