    Research Advancement of Physical Activity Effect on Cognitive Ability and Its Mechanism

    • 摘要: 体力活动对认知能力的有益作用已得到越来越多的研究证实, 首先从横向和纵向的观察性研究入手, 回顾前期研究, 阐述体力活动对认知能力的影响;接着对随机对照试验研究结果进行归纳, 总结体力活动影响认知能力的特点。随后, 从人体实验到动物实验, 由浅入深的探讨体力活动对认知能力影响的可能机制, 特别是近来年随着表观遗传学研究的深入, 为探讨其分子机制提供了新的理论和视角。最后, 总结现有研究中结论较一致的研究成果, 提炼其在生活实践中的指导意义;分析现有研究存在的不足及展望未来研究的切入点和方向, 希望能为今后研究提供些许思路。

       

      Abstract: An increasing number of studies have been confirmed for the beneficial effects of physical activity on cognitive ability.This paper firstly illustrates the impact of physical activity on cognitive ability from the observational study of cross-sectional and longitudinal, and then summarizes the characteristics of physical activity effect on cognitive ability from randomized controlled trials, explores possible mechanisms for the physical activity effect on cognitive ability from the human body to the animal experiments.Especially in recent years, along with the development of epigenetics research provides a new theory and perspective to explore the molecular mechanism.Finally, the author summarizes the study results consistent with the existing researches, refines its practical guiding significance in the life, analyzes their defects and breakthrough point, and hopes to provide some ideas for the future research.
