赋权增能:残疾人体育健身指导员培养管理的优化路径

    Empowerment:The Optimised Modes for Training and Managing Fitness Instructors for People with Disability

    • 摘要: 采用文献调研、调查访谈、实证研究等方法, 深度审视残疾人体育健身指导员在培养管理过程中存在的问题, 指出由于制度赋权不足、管理赋权脱节和环境赋权薄弱, 造成残疾人体育健身指导员内在增能与外在增能的匮乏。从为残疾人体育健身指导员赋权增能的视角提出完善制度建设, 促进资源整合, 强化专业能力等改善策略, 为残疾人参与体育活动提供有力的支持。

       

      Abstract: Including research methodologies such literature review, interview, empirical study, this paper aims to provide an insight to the problems that exists in the training and managing of fitness instructors for PWD.This paper also argues that insufficient structural empowerment, administrative empowerment and the weak environment empowerment jointly contribute to the underdeveloped interior and exterior empowerment for fitness instructors for PWD.Overall, the study attempts to offer available plans to optimise the empowerment system, intending to improve the sports participants for PWD in general.
