    New Value, New Thought and New Path of China Youth Football League

    • 摘要: 2020年4月27日,国家体育总局、教育部联合印发《关于深化体教融合促进青少年健康发展的意见》,提出体教“一体化设计、一体化推进”的原则,由“教育、体育部门共同组织,拟定赛事”。2022年6月1日,《中国青少年足球联赛赛事组织工作方案(2022-2024年)》《中国青少年足球联赛竞赛工作方案》正式发布,标志着中国青少年足球联赛的正式开启,向竞赛融合迈出了坚实的一步。通过文献资料调研、专家访谈、比较分析等方法,从新价值、新思考、新路径3大主题来解析中国青少年足球联赛这一新时代议题,研究认为:赛事是融合办赛协同育人范式的塑造,为后备人才培养体系的重塑提供契机,赋能新时代学校体育高质量开展;在融合动力、竞赛场域资本结构、实践惯习等方面需要进一步思虑。由此提出通过责权厘清、部门联动、技术驱动、共容评价达成协同共治,“六位一体”竞赛文化积累、经济社会资本入场、象征性资本回归、惯习调整与转化实现良性发展生态。

       

      Abstract: On April 27, 2020, the General Administration of Sports and the Ministry of Education jointly issued the “Opinions on Deepening the Integration of Sports and Education to Promote the Healthy Development of Adolescents,” proposing the principle of “integrated design and integrated promotion” of sports and education. Competitions will be organized and formulated by both educational and sports departments. On June 1, 2022, the “China Youth Football League Competition Organization Work Plan(2022-2024)” and “China Youth Football League Competition Work Plan” were officially released, marking the official opening of the China Youth Football League and a solid step forward in competition integration. Using the methods of literature collection, expert interviews and comparative analysis, the study analyzes the new era of the China Youth Football League from the three themes of “new value,” “new thought,” and “new paths”. According to the findings, competition is shaping the paradigm of integrated competition and collaborative education. The reshaping of the training system provides an opportunity to empower the high-quality development of school sports in the new era; further consideration is needed in terms of integration motivation, the capital structure of the competition field, and practice habits. Therefore, it is proposed to achieve coordination and co-governance through clarification of responsibilities, powers and rights, departmental linkage, technology-driven and inclusive evaluation, “six-in-one”competition culture accumulation, economic and social capital entry, symbolic capital return, habitual adjustment, and transformation to achieve a healthy developmental ecology.
