复合式训练研究进展

    A Review of Complex Training

    • 摘要: 复合式训练因其对力量与爆发力水平提高的效果而受到科研人员与教练员的重视。研究证实, 与单一的力量训练或快速伸缩复合训练相比, 复合式训练产生的适应性变化更为突出, 对运动员力量、爆发力发展和保持效果较好, 并具有效率高、减少受伤可能的特点。复合式训练根据训练变量改变而产生了多种训练形式, 并存在一定的区别, 但目前研究人员对这些训练形式并未完全达成共识。本文回顾了复合式训练的发展过程, 对复合式训练的相关理念、基本结构、训练变量等进行了梳理, 总结了运用复合式训练时需要注意的因素, 并对未来研究进行了展望。

       

      Abstract: Abstrcat:Complex training has gained some degree of popularity among researchers and strength and conditioning coaches because it provides an efficient way to develop strength and power.Studies have confirmed that effects of complex training are outstanding compared to resistance training orplyometrics alone, as well as for developingor keeping strength and power.It alsohas characteristics of high efficiency and reducing injury.Complex training can produce a series of training forms when training variable changes.This paper reviews the development of complex training and related concept, basic structure and variable of complex training.This paper also pointsout existing problems and make prospect on future research.
