    From “Making Up for Deficiencies” to “Improving Efficiency and Quality”:Research on Enhancing the Service Efficiency of Fitness-for-All Venues and Facilities

    • Improving the service efficiency of fitness-for-all venues and facilities is pivotal to addressing the persistent issue of “accessibility to exercise spaces” and advancing their “equitable distribution and high-quality utilization.” It also serves as a cornerstone for strengthening public satisfaction, well-being, and security in accessing “community-based fitness resources.” By integrating literature analysis and case studies, this study identifies systemic challenges that hinder service efficiency, including outdated policy frameworks, institutional fragmentation, supply-demand mismatches, and inadequate resource allocation. To overcome these barriers, the study proposes four strategic solutions: strengthening policy coordination to establish a robust legal framework; fostering multi-stakeholder collaboration to redefine governance models; tailoring service offerings to evolving public needs through dynamic scenario design; and optimizing resource allocation to drive innovative upgrading of fitness infrastructure.
