Influence and Consideration of Elder Peoples’ Social Reality State on Health Concept

Through analyzing the four issues of health,life,spirit and social contact,this paper makes questionnaire survey on elder peoples' social reality state in Nanjing,and 10 main factors influencing their health concept are obtained by statistical analysis,including meaning of life,communication,social awareness,body function,inflexible,self-care,popular,stress,reality state,and self-attention.The result shows that elder peoples in Nanjing have positive attitude,eagerly communication and self-attention on their health,but no optimism on their body function.Elder people like sports exercise,but proportion for participation in exercise is low.There are differences on health concept between elder people with different gender and age,which influences their sports participation and awareness.Elder peoples' health has closely related with social development,the development of elder peoples' sports should be carefully considered.
